In the Beginning – في البداية
I love Cairo, Egypt, Arabic, and the Middle East in general. The last time I moved back to America, I missed Egypt so much that I became determined to come back as soon as possible. And this being the new year, I am ready to get out of my apartment, and start eating my way around Cairo—the good, the bad, the expensive, and the cheap. A culinary adventure, a privilege, a personal food jihad.
